Ladies Workout Express celebrated the 80s last Saturday night, with a disco for Pink Ribbon Breast Cancer.

Members and staff of the gym donned the decade's finest fashions and danced the night away to Madonna, Cyndi Lauper, Duran Duran and many other hits of the 80s.

Sharon Crosbie, the ambassador for the Pink Ribbon Walk, travelled from Cork to attend the fun night. Everyone had an amazing night and participated in a huge raffle, which was a great success.

The prizes were generously donated by the members of Ladies Workout Express.

Paddy Bear was one of the prizes, and his new owner Sharon Plunkett took the giant teddy on a tour of Bray for photo-calls at each stop.

A group of women from Ladies Workout Express heads to Kinsale each year for the 'Pink Ribbon Walk'.

They are looking forward to taking on the 10km again in March, along with club owner Diane Flanagan and manager Breda Hempenstall.

They support this and other causes throughout the year with events and a fundraiser.
