Christmas has come and gone but for many the calories consumed over the festive period are still here. It's easy to make a New Year's resolution to get fit and lose weight but unfortunately it's not so easy to keep it.

That's where the team of fitness instructors and leaders at Aura Leisure come in, as they are there to assist people meet the challenge of embarking on a fitness programme.
