Recent deaths

Brighid Whyte (née McLoone), Whitemill, Faughart, Dundalk, and formerly of Cleengort, Glenties, Co. Donegal, whose death occurred on 31 December, 2017, peacefully, in the love and tender care of the nurses and staff of Mater Hospital, Dublin. Beloved wife of Paddy and cherished mother of John, Dara, Eunan, Enda and Pádraic. Funeral arrangements not available at time of going to press.

Mary Hamill (née McGeough), Hillcrest, Newtown, Knockbridge, whose death occurred on 31 December, 2017. Mary, beloved wife of the late Paddy and dear mother of Sean. Reposing at McGeough's Funeral Home from 2pm on Monday, with removal at 5.30pm to St. Mary's Church, Knockbridge, arriving for evening prayer at 6pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 11am. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Peter Farrell, Ratoath, Co. Meath, and late of Stephenstown, Knockbridge, whose death occurred peacefully, at Ratoath Manor. Sadly missed by all his family and Paula. Reposing at Ratoath Manor from 4pm until 8pm on Sunday (New Year's Eve). Funeral Mass on Monday at 11am in Ratoath Manor Nursing Home, followed by burial in Knockbridge Cemetery.

Anthony (Tony) Graham, Drummallagh, Omeath, whose death occurred suddenly and peacefully at his home The Cottage, Lower Shore, Drummallagh, on 28 December, 2017.

Margaret (Madge) Clarke (née Burns), Point Road, Dundalk, and formerly of Radrumskean, Carrickmacross, whose death occurred on 28 December, 2017, peacefully in the love and tender care of the staff of Dealgan House Nursing Home.

Gerry Coburn, Cedar Lodge, Red Barns Road, Dundalk, whose death occurred on 26 December, 2017, peacefully at home.

Katrina Mary (Kate) Bentley (née Fryer), Knockfergus, Louth Village, whose death occurred peacefully, on 24 December, 2017, in the tender and dedicated care of the staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.

Patrick (Patsy) Reenan, Broughton Street, Dundalk, whose death occurred peacefully in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital on 26 December, 2017.

Ann Marie Callan (née Halpenny), Cedarwood Park, Dundalk, and formerly Moneymore, Derry, whose death occurred on 24 December, 2017, peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital.

Jack Parker, St. Fursey's Terrace, Cocklehill, Blackrock, whose death occurred on 21 December, 2017, peacefully, in the tender and dedicated care of the staff of St. James' Hospital, Dublin.

Patrick (Pat) Larkin, Golf Links Road, Mullatee, Greenore, and formerly Carlingford, whose death occurred peacefully at Our Lady Of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, on 21 December, 2017.
