Recent deaths

Mary Coburn (née Treanor), Ballintra, Inniskeen, and formerly Dungooley, Kilcurry, whose death occurred on 31 August, 2017, peacefully, at her daughter Joan Kelly's residence, Drumond, Moy.

Reposing at her residence Ballintra, Inniskeen from 730 pm, Friday, until removal on Sunday morning to the Church of Mary Mother of Mercy, Inniskeen, arriving for 10am Funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in Kilcurry Cemetery. Mary, beloved wife of late Michael and much loved mother of Paddy, Breda, Ailish, Joan, Niall and late baby Michael. Deeply regretted by her sister Cissie and predeceased by her late sister Rose. Sadly missed by daughter-in-law, sons-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, relatives and friends.

Rita Mulvenna (née Donnelly), 11, Villas 1, Muirhevnamor, Dundalk, whose death occurred peacefully, at home, on 31 August, 2017, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of Hugo, adored mam of Conchuír, Róise, Tiarnán, Conall and the late Eamónn, devoted nanny of Fiannagh, Ceadaoin, Ealadh, Caoilainn, Odhnagh, Eamónn, Aodhán, Faolán and Conall Og and dear sister of Jackie, Eddie, Rosemary, Paul, Michael, Jim and the late Kevin. She will be sadly missed by her sorrowing family, relatives and many friends. Reposing at home from 7pm on Friday. Removal on Monday at 10.20am, to the Church of the Holy Family, arriving for Mass at 11am, followed by private cremation.

Angela Warren (née Farrrelly), Ard Easmuinn, Dundalk, whose death occurred peacefully in the wonderful care of Moorhall Lodge, Ardee, on 1 September, 2017. Angela, beloved wife of the late Gerard and dear mother of John, Angela and Brian and loving grandmother of Diarmuid, Leah, Neil and the late Orla and great grandmother of Oisín, Ciarán, and Ross. Deeply regretted by her sons, daughter, grandchildren, great grandchildren, daughter in law Joan and Andrea, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Reposing in Moorhall Lodge, Ardee, from 2pm until 6pm on Sunday. Removal on Monday morning at 10.15am to the Church of the Holy Redeemer, arriving for Mass at 11 o'clock. Burial afterwards in St. Patrick's Cemetery.

Tony McGeough, Barrack Street, Dundalk, whose death occurred suddenly on Thursday, 31 August, 2017, at his residence. Predeceased by his daughter Elaine. Very deeply regretted by his loving wife Frances (née McElligott), son Stephen, daughters Sandra, Pamela and Karen, sisters Margaret, Kathleen, Philomena, Patricia and Teresa, sons-in-law Paul and Scott, daughter-in-law Mary, grandchildren Ciara, Seán, Molly, Ellie and Alexander, brothers and sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing at Shevlin's Funeral Home, Barrack Street from Friday evening 6pm to 9pm. Removal on Saturday morning at 10.45am proceeding on foot to Saint Joseph's Redemptorist Church, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am, followed by burial in Saint Patrick's Cemetery, Dundalk.

Mary Bridget Campbell, Marymount Care Centre, Dublin, and formerly of Dublin Road, Dundalk, and retired nurse of Blessed Oliver Hospital, whose death occurred peacefully in her sleep on 29 August, 2017, following a short illness. Beloved sister of Roseanne and the late Jane and William. Sadly missed by her loving sister, brother-in-law Robert McShane, nieces Rosena, Mary and Jean, nephew Robert, grand-nieces Caoimhe and Eimear, grand-nephew Shane, relatives and friends. Removal from Marymount Care Centre, Westmanstown, Lucan, to the Church of Our Lady Mother of the Church, Castleknock on Thursday morning arriving for Requiem Mass at 10.00 am followed by burial in Dardistown Cemetery.

Rosalba (Rose) O'Hare (née Nordone), 53 Marian Park, Dundalk, whose death occurred peacefully, on 27 August, 2017, surrounded by her loving family in the kind and gentle care of the staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Daughter of the late Carmina & Gertrude of Bridge House, Rampart. Predeceased by her husband Patsy, infant grand-daughter Siobhan, sisters Dominica (Pinkie) recently on 8 July 2017, Philomena, Pauline, Kathleen, brothers Tony, Dessie, John, Leo and Freddie. Rose will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her daughters, Theresa McKeown, Rosalba Murphy (USA), Fionnuala Dunlop and Gráinne Watters, sons Anthony and Pat, sister Maureen Webb (Dublin), brother Joe (Coventry), grandchildren, great-grandchild, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, sons-in law, daughters-in law, extended family, neighbours and friends. Reposing at her home from Monday, 6 o'clock to 9 o'clock, and Tuesday, from 12 o'clock to 9 o'clock. Removal on Wednesday morning at 11.30 walking to the Church of the Holy Redeemer arriving for 12 o'clock Funeral Mass. Thereafter to St. Patrick's Cemetery for burial (via Marian Park).

Florence (Florrie) Rafferty (née Hagan), Ballagan, Greenore, whose death occurred peacefully, at home, in her 94th year, on 28 August, 2017, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Nicholas and adored mother of Joe, Beda, Ollie, Micheál, Dominic, Margaret, Nicholas, Eugene, Declan, Anne, Paul, Rachel and the late Aileen and her baby brother and sister, who died in infancy. She will be sadly missed by her sorrowing sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Reposing at home from 10am on Tuesday. Removal on Wednesday at 10.15am, to the Church of Our Lady, Star of the Sea, Boher, arriving for Mass at 11am. Funeral afterwards to adjoining cemetery.
