Well done to U13s

A massive well done to Cuchulainn Gaels U13's who played against the O'Raghallaigh's last night in Omeath. It was very wet and windy but our lads played what could be considered their best game of the year so far against a strong, though and physical team. It was a tight first half, we played into a strong breeze but held them to 1-3 while we notched up 3-5. Then in the second half they came out and played to the edge trying to put it up to our lads but excellent and classy football prevailed, we came away with a win on a final score of 5-13 to 2-5. This was a strong visiting team and the score line only shows the quality of football our lads played never letting their heads drop or let themselves be distracted from the attacking game plan that was set out by the coaches. Well done all.
