Ciaran's triple win on Countdown

Local man Ciaran Crawley put up a good performance when he was the winner for three consecutive days on the Channel 4 quiz show Countdown.

Impressive scores in the 90s saw him notch up three victories before being defeated, 94 to 82, when the show reached a famous Countdown connundrum last Friday and Ciaran unfortunately lost out to his opponent who was quicker off the mark in solving the anagram.

Speaking to the presenter of the show, Nick Hewer, Ciaran revealed that he had once dressed up as St Patrick in Barcelona and that he had done a bungee jump at rock festival in Denmark.

Ciaran runs C&D Sales consultants at Gyles Quay with his wife Lyndsey whom he married in 2011.
