For 15 years, the disappearance of Dublin teenager Amy Fitzpatrick in Spain has remained unsolved.
At just 15 years-of-age, the teenager from Coolock should have been settling into a new life abroad with her mother Audrey Fitzpatrick, her mother's partner David Mahon, and Amy's brother, Dean.
Instead, she went missing and has never been found. Her family have never stopped looking, and on today's Indo Daily,
Amy's aunt, Christine Kenny explains why she is petitioning to have her niece's disappearance upgraded to a murder case, and why the Irish government need to press the Spanish authorities for more information on her disappearance.
Presenter Siobhán Maguire is also joined by Sunday Independent columnist, Sarah Caden, to hear back on the case, and also how David Mahon served time for the manslaughter of his then stepson Dean Fitzpatrick at his home in Dublin in 2013.
