Transparency is what we need
IT seems as if there is still nobody held responsible and nobody to take control of all our state finances after the promises of preceding years.
The base problem is that the same people are still in power, and I don’t just mean the Government, but the people in the civil service, the top people in the various departments, who should be accountable for their briefs.
I wonder how much cronyism was involved in the issuing of major contracts and land deals. Like the National Asset Management Agency legislation, it needs to be set free of the ‘excuse’ of the Data Protection Act.
