IF there are four words in the Irish political lexicon that are meaningless beyond description, they are: "We voted for change."
Unfortunately, all of the major political parties use this asinine slogan without, for the most part, saying what change they will bring.
I voted Fianna Fail at the last election because I knew what they stood for -- much and all as I disagreed with some of their policies. But at least I knew what they were going to legislate.
