Taking Liberties

• As we approach 2013 and the anniversary of the 1913 lockout, it would be appropriate to rename Liberty Hall as Tammany Hall. The economic power that the public sector unions now remorselessly exercise over ordinary citizens demands nothing less! Where now are the dreams and sacrifices of James Larkin and his comrades? Surely "They're with O'Leary in the grave" (WB Yeats)?
