Spending money is in very short supply

Finance Minister Michael Noonan and his Continuity Fianna Fail Party believe that we are all about to return to normal spending habits.

Perhaps if the brutal Universal Social Charge were abolished, pay cuts restored, and plans for property and water taxes abandoned we might have a little left for spending.
