Soldiers must be held to account

PROSECUTIONS must follow the Saville Report. It stated that the 1st Battalion of the Parachute Regiment soldiers fired first. They were acting on orders that "should not have been given", but shooting innocent civilians was never the order.

With the work of the report done, a prosecution should proceed now.

The killings happened in a civilian city, not the battlefield, so a civilian court should be legally capable of prosecuting.
