Sinn Fein never accepted results

Madam -- It is amazing the limits that Gerry Adams can go to in order to put his foot in his mouth. Speaking in the Dail on the forthcoming referendum, he questioned whether the Government would accept the verdict of the people if the referendum was defeated.

Gerry Adams and Sinn Fein are the last ones that should question the acceptance of the people's wishes in any vote, considering they have never accepted the democratic wishes of the majority of the population of this Republic at any time since 1922. It was always Sinn Fein's way or no way.
