Sign of the times

• Back in the 1950s, members of the old 4th battalion Dublin Brigade IRA erected four bronze commemorative plaques on buildings occupied by the battalion during Easter Week 1916. They were South Dublin Union (now St James's Hospital), Watkins Distillery, Roe's Distillery and Marrowbone Lane Distillery.

The only plaque left in situ is the one at St James's. As we are hoping to re-erect the plaques in time for Easter 1913, would any of your readers be able to help track down the missing three? I can be contacted by email at: or at the postal address below
