Lovely hurling

• On Sunday September 30 2012, history was made in Croke Park when Henry Shefflin became the first man to win nine All-Ireland medals on the field of play.

By any stretch of the imagination this is an extraordinary achievement by an extraordinary hurler.

Yet reading your sports pages after this historic event you'd be hard pressed to find any mention of this truly outstanding individual and his achievements. What gives?
