'Jobs for life' will help Ireland's recovery

True economic health can only return if jobs for life return. 'Jobs for life' needs to stop being seen as a dirty phrase.

A person trained as a teacher is now so reduced to being a capitalist commodity that they now have to retrain as something else.

This culture of disposability is unhealthy for society and the individual.
