IMF pulpit

• They've been back here again, our friends from the IMF with their expensive suits and broken English, but happily no sign of the hangman's noose is visible . . . yet!

My stomach is still churning, having watched them on the evening news recently, advising, or rather lecturing, us on how to enforce further cuts on the already struggling humans on this island.

Seemingly, to them, one of our biggest crimes is that we're not dying young enough, so that they feel too many of us are actually reaching the tender age of 70, and thereby are entitled to drain the coffers with our medical cards.
