Hospital mystics

• The decision on the location of the new children's hospital has not stemmed the casuistry on the relative merits of bi-location and tri-location.

Religious fervour is evinced as "unequivocal tri-location" vies with "tri-location as an ultimate goal", and bi-location mysteriously becomes tri-location through the intermediation of a stop at Fatima.

Echoes of the Holy Trinity are evoked, which surely requires that the hospital will be called St Patrick's -- and have a shamrock as its logo.
