Get busy with axe on TDs' salaries

ON close to €100,000 a year, almost three times the average industrial wage, six times the minimum wage, and 10 times the dole payments, TDs are divorced from the real hardship of ordinary people.

Labour's first move when in government must be to cut the TDs' salary to a more appropriate level.
