Gay marriage

• Having recently watched the gay marriage debate on RTE's 'Frontline', I am very disappointed by the reaction it provokes in Ireland among religious organisations and their subscribers.

The argument that is never covered in this debate, at least to my knowledge, is that gay marriage has absolutely nothing to do with heterosexual marriage.

It almost seems to me that heterosexual people who don't support the argument believe that should this law be put in place, they will then have to sign up for it as well.

I assure you, you will all remain heterosexual.
