Fate in numbers for the lucky 33
In our world sadly more renowned for man's inhumanity to his fellow man -- the rescue of the 33 miners in Chile represents man's humanity to humanity.
Is this event an omen that we are entering a new cosmic Age of Aquarius -- a new caring age? The rescue shows what humanity can achieve when we put our efforts into the positive.
Isn't it also odd -- and good -- that the successful rescue took place on the 13th day of the 10th month in the 10th year of a new millennium? Thirteen plus 10, plus 10 equals 33 -- a bizarre coincidence.
Clearly for the miners and people of Chile, 13 is a very lucky number indeed.
Some will argue that the rescue occurred in a month that has five Saturdays and five Sundays -- which occurs only every 823 years -- according to various emails and text messages doing the rounds.
This is actually not true, as the 2010 calendar is the same as the calendar in 1999. However, even when added together, eight plus two, plus three equals 13. Even stuff that's incorrect can seem bizarre.
Well done, Chile -- well done world -- we need to care more, pay more attention to the figures and fight less. Is the rescue of the miners in Chile a real example of humanity and numerology at work?
