Don't forget role of independents

The Irish electorate will soon have an opportunity to express their disgust with the current Government's handling of our nation's affairs.

However, the same voters would do well to remember the pivotal role independents played in maintaining a government in power that saddled the people of Ireland with tens of billions of avoidable debt. And they provided this support to the bitter end.
