Climb every mountain

• Sixty-eight-year-old Mary Kenny was bold enough to ask 81-year-old Edna O'Brien about sex in the senior years -- receiving the wonderful reply: "I might not be able to climb Mount Errigal any more, but I can still look at it!" ('The Edna I knew', Weekend, May 5).

I can confirm that the view of Errigal from Cnoc an Stollaire today is spectacular.

I have no desire to learn about Ms Kenny's mountaineering exploits, but should she need a guide to the summit, I offer my services.
