Cash flow must be cut for sake of security

THE wholesale transiting of cash through the State must stop.

Direct debits must be promoted and all citizens in receipt of state payments should have either a bank or credit union accounts -- and, by extension, a laser card.

That would stop the storing of large cash amounts in post offices and the hoarding of cash "under the mattress".
