With a view to the current inability of the two major parties to act in the national interest with regard to forming a coalition government, I suggest that Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael set aside their party names to facilitate a coalition.

Perhaps they could adopt a temporary name that would represent both parties' abilities and passion for doing the right thing for the country.

I would suggest the 'National Gobdaws Party' would be appropriate.
