Madam – There I was, reading the Sunday Independent whilst relaxing at 10am on Sunday morning. Imagine my disgust at reading "You too can file for UK bankruptcy" – as if declaring bankruptcy was a good thing. When did bankruptcy become a good thing to do?
How many Irish workers and businesses are no longer working because their debtors declared bankruptcy? Bankruptcy is a very bad thing.
