MOST people in Ireland share one ambition, to be able to retire at a reasonable age and enjoy a comfortable standard of living, pursuing one or two hobbies that will occupy their time. Unfortunately, the vast majority of us will never have enough money to be able to realise that dream.
On the other hand, the people who were running our financial institutions for the past decade have been politely asked to step aside.
They have been handsomely compensated with more than enough money to enjoy early retirement and pursue hobbies that will help them take their minds off the stresses and strains of life in modern Ireland.
