'Anti-war' thugs are a disgrace
On Friday night I settled into my winding down to winter routine. Curtains closed, pyjamas on and in a comfy armchair to watch the 'Late Late Show'. I was looking forward to seeing Ryan Tubridy interview Tony Blair, and indeed it turned out to be interesting, humourous and quite enjoyable.
However, on Saturday I was absolutely infuriated when I watched the news and read reports of how Tony Blair had been treated when he stepped on to the streets of Dublin for his book signing. These people are not anti-war protesters, they are a disgrace to Irish society.
Had they really nothing better to do then stand along O'Connell Street and chant and shout and throw shoes and eggs at Mr Blair?
