Five-point plan will ensure we win the best deal in Brexit talks

How Ireland performs on Brexit in 2018 will affect us for years. Notwithstanding some mistakes, the Government did a pretty good job on the international aspects of Brexit last year, with a strong agreement secured to wrap up phase one of the negotiations. Against this, it has done a pretty lousy job in getting Irish enterprise ready for the threats and opportunities which Brexit presents.
As phase two begins, this is a good time to take stock. Here are five areas of focus:
