Christmas party season can be hell on earth for those who are naturally anti-social Well hello there, Christmas soldier. Up in the dark for another day of work followed by drinks with people you have to be very, very careful with.

We’ve come to the time of year where everyone is exhausted. Exhausted in a ‘you should be hibernating, but electricity and modern technology have made this a thing of the past’ way.

As the long dark nights make the vitamin D in your system a mere memory, you are expected to be full of good cheer as well, aided by copious amounts of alcohol and junk food.
