Millennials might have it tough, but we are not the first generation here to be truly 'F-ed'

It's a battle to become a full-blown adult in 2017, there is no doubt about that.

Rising rents and high taxes are making it impossible to pay accommodation costs, never mind save for a mortgage or enjoy the benefits of hard-earned money. Those who have a mortgage in their late twenties count themselves as 'lucky'.

A lack of tenants' rights and security means young families are being turfed out of their homes to make way for vulture funds. An absence of job security means people are choosing to emigrate.
