Good Friday Agreement is past its sell-by date as divisions deepen

In East Belfast, two miles from Parliament Buildings in Stormont, there’s a piece of graffiti on a wall proclaiming: “The GFA is dead.” The GFA is the Good Friday — or Belfast — Agreement, and with yet another collapse in the Stormont executive it appears the person who painted this message might be close to right.
