Findings of the Mahon Tribunal cast a shadow over his career

Owen O'Callaghan will be long remembered as the man behind some of the country's largest commercial and retail developments, not just in his native Cork.

However, the inquiries and subsequent findings of the Planning and Payments Tribunal undoubtedly cast something of a shadow over his extraordinarily successful career.

Right up to his untimely passing, Mr O'Callaghan was intent on having the Mahon Tribunal findings against him overturned.
