Now there's something you don't see every day

I have to admit, the area where I work in Dublin's north inner city is certainly a colourful and exciting place.

Proving that Ireland doesn't discriminate against other nationalities, the chances are that every second drunk you see staggering down the street shouting incomprehensibly and talking into his can of beer like it was a mobile phone before weeing on himself as he walks will be a foreign national.

It's a lovely example of how the natives and the newcomers have gelled with each other – although I doubt that Integrate Ireland and all the multi-culti quangos would like to see it that way.
