Here's a story about two men, Darren and Christopher, who had a problem. What happened to them tells us some bad news about the state we're in - and some good news.
Darren and Christopher are two of the 7,000 officially counted as homeless in this great little nation (it's a bit more, but let's not niggle).
As it happens, last week I was slogging through the work of the Central Statistics Office - it produced an analysis of what the latest census tells us about the homeless.
