GEORGE Lee went the wrong way about entering politics. He should have left his job in RTE two years ago and joined the Fine Gael branch in Cabinteely.
After a while, he might have got a job on the branch committee as the treasurer, because he knows a bit about money.
Who knows, if he'd impressed enough local party hacks, he may even have ascended to the heights of the constituency executive.
