RTE's four-part TV series is successfully tackling the war on boredom, writes Declan Lynch

But we can start with the Number One Rule: Don't Be Boring, as we reflect on the tendency of every new visionary statement on these matters to sound strangely like something that Aengus Fanning was saying about 20 years ago – Aengus too always warned against "the dead hand".
