Bedtime horror? You better believe it
I've always thought sleep was overrated. Even when I had a job which involved getting out of the bed around 5am, I rarely went to bed before midnight. Granted, that resulted in serious sleep deprivation and a near nervous breakdown, but sleep is something that just gets in the way.
I suppose I've always had what some would call a degree of insomnia, but the bottom line is that I'm a night owl - always have been, always will be.
Let's put it this way, I feel more alert when it's 11 at night than 11 in the morning.
