IT is the polar opposite of the 'Golden Moments' that one of Cork's most famous merchant prince families are normally accustomed to.
In fact, the timing could not have been worse for the Barry family.
Last week, the High Court decision to grant Allied Irish Banks (AIB) a charging order against Donagh Barry over an €8m loan judgement came just a fortnight after his father, former Tanaiste Peter Barry, received the Freedom of Cork -- the highest honour his native city can bestow.
