Questions for Michael Lowry

QUESTION 1: If the September 17 (Croke Park, Hourican's, Hartigan's) conversation with O'Brien did not concern an involvement by Dermot Desmond, why was it that Michael Andersen, the Danish consultant in the licence process, and the Irish civil servants from Lowry's department were finalising Desmond's involvement at a meeting in Copenhagen on September 28 -- after the application had been closed?

Why was the £147,000 paid to Lowry seven weeks after the successful awarding of the licence by O'Brien -- through the late David Austin and the Isle of Man accounts -- "repaid" on the day that the McCracken Tribunal of Inquiry into Payments to Politicians was launched?
