WHAT did we do right? It's not a question that many of us are asking at the moment.
And why would we?
The economy has been hit hard. Debt is high and the Government is looking to find ways to deal with years of runaway spending, an absence of regulation or long-term planning and a culture of cronyism, greed and complacency.
