IT WAS a morning of shocks at the Aviva Stadium. Firstly, when the Taoiseach bustled into the Ryanair press conference, he was an unprecedented five minutes early – and this is a chap who is habitually late for every event.
Secondly, he was chatting merrily away to Michael O'Leary, despite the fact that the Ryanair boss rarely utters the word 'government' without the word 'muppets' following close behind.
So was Michael going to treat us to the much-loved (not) Ryanair bugle for his on-time landing of Enda?
