Kieran Mulvey: Onus is on everyone to make agreement work

A CONSIDERABLE level of recent criticism from some in the political and economic commentariat has had one mantra -- "ditch the Croke Park Agreement".

This makes good news copy and those advancing this line generally do so from a standpoint of having no direct responsibility for the effective and efficient delivery of public services.

It is an established fact that change in major (and minor) organisations, if handled poorly, is worse in terms of outcome than no change at all.
