Meanwhile, European football body Uefa set up Respect to combat violence, racism, xenophobia and homophobia in sport.
It supports SARI, to whom it sent a message of support for yesterday's rally in Dublin city centre against the undercurrent of racism that exists in the heart of Irish urban life.
