Gallagher in pledge to release all his records
Frustrated candidate vows to reassert his professional and personal integrity, says Jody Corcoran
Sean Gallagher has said that he intends to release all of his financial records when his company accounts are finalised next month.
"I still have my professional and personal integrity to think about," a drained looking Mr Gallagher told the Sunday Independent while strolling around St Stephen's Green in Dublin yesterday morning. "So I have to clear up all of that, which is what I want to do," he said.
Earlier, at his campaign headquarters in a refurbished Georgian building on the Green, Mr Gallagher came across as a man somewhat frustrated at the turn of events which saw him come so close to winning the Presidency.
