Five questions for Denis O'Brien

Denis O'Brien has challenged the tribunal's findings that, having met Michael Lowry on September 17 at an All-Ireland match in Croke Park and afterwards in both Hourican's pub and Hartigan's on Leeson St, he was given information about the financial weakness of his application for the licence that led to him bringing Dermot Desmond on board.

How come Telenor, O'Brien's Norwegian partners, recorded him as saying that he had spoken to Lowry. Telenor said he told them he had spoken to Lowry and that Lowry said Dermot Desmond had to be brought in. How could the Norwegians have got hold of this idea?
