Europe must take a long look at crisis management

WE are secretly quite pleased with ourselves, aren't we? Chopper was actually, literally smiling on us on Thursday as we got the two thumbs-up from the three grey men who run the country now.
We had pleased our Daddy. And what's more, looking avuncular and cuddly, Chopper endeared himself to us by telling us that it wasn't even our fault. The problems we were experiencing, he pointed out, were Europe-wide problems, that needed a Europe-wide solution.
