Donal O'Donovan: End of crisis in sight but its impact will last for years

NOBODY on the ground in Dublin will be too surprised to learn from Moody's that the housing market is at the bottom.

In some parts of the capital, prices have been increasing sharply. Even on a national basis, house prices have probably been rattling along the bottom since the start of the year.

Interestingly, Moody's thinks the Dublin mini-bubble won't last.
