Oh come all ye faithful
Traditional Irish singer and early music specialist Caitriona O'Leary and her band Dulra are set to play a holiday-season concert of rarely performed folk carols.
Ms O'Leary has unearthed and reconstructed several 17th and 18th-century carols, giving listeners the opportunity to hear these works for the first time in many years.
She will be joined by special guest artists Lillis O Laoire, Noirin Ni Riain and Matthias Loibner at The Wexford Carols concert next Friday at the Droichead Art Centre in Drogheda at 7.30pm. Tickets from €12, or just €5 for students and children. See droicheadartscentre.com
