Macca gives Stella's new collection a thumbs-up
IT'S always nice to have your family behind you, and fashion designer Stella McCartney can count on her famous dad for a bit of high-profile support.
Paul McCartney was joined by wife Nancy Shevell on the front row at Paris Fashion Week as daughter Stella unveiled her spring/summer 2014 collection in the stunning surrounds of the Opera Garnier. Paul arrived late but clapped loudly and enthusiastically as the show drew to a close.
"I'm proud of every collection, because she was my little baby in arms and she's fantastic now," he said.
"I don't know much about fashion but I know what looks good. And this looks good."
Model-of-the-minute Cara Delevigne helped showcase the British designer's ready-to-wear collection, which featured lots of transparent fabrics.
